The Spoke Cyclery arose from the former Bent Spoke, which at its heyday had two locations, one on University Avenue in Berkeley, and the original right here on Telegraph at 62nd Street in Oakland.
New owners, Timm and Nate, both learned many of their lessons working at the Bent Spoke and remain deeply tied to this local cycling community. We live, ride and work in Oakland and between us, we bring a combined total of over 25 years in the bicycle industry – a good many of those years right here at old Bent Spoke!
