Oaktown Jerk is proudly located in Oakland, CA. Our Beef Jerky is made with certified Piedmontese, hormone free beef and all of our ingredients are fresh and purchased locally. The final product is both chewy and flavorful. Head chef and owner, Randall Hughes graduated from U.C. Davis in 1999 with a B.S. in Nutrition Science and has been cooking for over 25 years.
