 tive with years spent cooking throughout Spain\, Erik will be preparing a 
 generous paella featuring a mix of savory meats and fresh seafood\, cooked
  traditionally in oversized pans right in the alley.\n\nEach ticket includ
 es a paella entrée along with a tasting flight of at least five Sapphire 
 Hill wines\, selected to pair beautifully with the rich\, vibrant flavors
