Join Temescal neighbors for a Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend community cleanup focused on caring for our shared streets and public spaces.
We’ll work in small groups on simple, high-impact tasks like litter pickup, leaf removal, and light graffiti abatement. No heavy lifting required. Tools and supplies will be provided by the City of Oakland, and volunteers are also welcome to bring their own trash pickers.
This event is hosted by Temescal Neighbors in partnership with the Temescal Telegraph BID as part of Oakland’s MLK Day of Service.
