November 12 Update

Installation of the striping and bollards to mark the new street design on Telegraph from 51st to above 52nd is completed. The painting of yellow loading zones, as well as green and disabled parking spaces on Telegraph Ave. will start Monday, November 30th.

In view of the public health crisis surrounding the coronavirus, and Alameda County’s recent guidelines for Halloween, the Temescal Telegraph BID has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Temescal Trick or Treat event.

New Temescal BID Marketing & Program Assistant

The Temescal BID is excited to welcome Katie Larson as the BID’s new Marketing and Program Assistant, starting this week! Katie Larson comes to the BID after several years of working with Oakland Pride, where she served as Events Coordinator and was a core part of the team that produces Oakland’s LGBTQ+ Pride Parade and Festival, as well as their first-ever Virtual Pride celebration in September 2020.
