The Temescal BID is excited to welcome Katie Larson as the BID’s new Marketing and Program Assistant, starting this week! Katie Larson comes to the BID after several years of working with Oakland Pride, where she served as Events Coordinator and was a core part of the team that produces Oakland’s LGBTQ+ Pride Parade and Festival, as well as their first-ever Virtual Pride celebration in September 2020. The Temescal Telegraph Business Improvement District (TTBID) seeks a full-time Marketing and Program Assistant. This position is ideal to launch a career in marketing, city planning, urban economics, or business development. The chosen candidate will be involved in all aspects of our marketing and events, and will work under the supervision of and with support from the Executive Director.
