Join community at Temescal Brewing for your morning outdoor yoga! Every ticket includes a token for a fresh beer (or drink of your choice) to enjoy after a one-hour class.

This is a private event while the brewery is closed to the public; invite the rest of your friends to come hang on the patio and in the taproom when the brewery opens to the public at noon.

About our teacher:

Lyz Keating has led over 1,500 yoga class in Oakland since 2016 and is formally trained in both Strala and Rocket yoga. She believes that we change constantly, and yoga is always there to catch us. That’s why she practices, and why she leads.

This class will be rooted in the Strala yoga tradition of moving with ease and offer a peaceful reprieve from the world’s frenzy outside your yoga mat. Expect a simple yet sophisticated yoga flow that will energize and empower you for not only your post-class beer, but also to step back into your weekend as your most refreshed and authentic self. All levels welcome and folks new to yoga encouraged!

A few mats and props will be available for use free of charge, but bring your own if you can! Optional: You may wish to bring a tarp or towel to place under your mat as this class will be practiced on a concrete outdoor patio.
